	Former CFO of TransCanada International, part of TransCanada PipeLines Limited.
	Mr. Huras has experience in finance, project development, accounting, systems, tax and treasury. He was an integral part in growing TransCanada’s International annual income to more than $150 million annually.
	His international experience includes projects in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Europe, Mexico and throughout South America.
	Mr. Huras is a Chartered Accountant and has a B. Math from the University of Waterloo and is based in Calgary.
